how long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. We curate from supplier partners around the world rather than mass-produce in one factory - that takes a little longer, and we think it's worth the wait. Every order ships with tracking, so you'll always know where your parcel is.
do you ship outside Australia?
At the moment, no we do not. But international shipping is on the horizon.
what if I don't love what I ordered?
For change-of-mind returns, send it back within 30 days in unused condition and original packaging - we'll process a full refund. If something arrived faulty or doesn't match the listing, get in touch and we'll sort it regardless of condition. Email support@fetchandfold.com.au to start a return.
how do you decide what to sell?
Every product earns its place. We check materials, test what we stock, and only sell what we'd put in our own home. If it doesn't pass our standard, it doesn't make the shelf - which is why our catalogue stays small. We'd rather curate eight things we love than stock eight hundred we don't.
are your products safe for my pet?
Yes. We only source from suppliers whose materials are non-toxic and pet-safe. If you have a specific concern - allergies, a senior pet, a teething puppy - email us and we'll point you toward the right pick for your animal.
